My stay at Brio Hotel was delightful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, helping with my luggage and ensuring I had everything I needed. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea and late-night snack bar with delicious options available throughout the day.

From check-in, the enthusiasm of the staff stood out at Brio Hotel. They welcomed us with a small gift and shared a delicious Zhongzheng pork bun, saving us from waiting in line. The room I stayed in had thoughtful touches, creating a cozy atmosphere. The second-floor bar area offered a variety of snacks and drinks, making it a great place to unwind. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated just a few minutes from MRT Central station, perfect for exploring. However, the wifi was unreliable, which was frustrating. The cleaning service could improve. it mainly consisted of trash removal and towel changes. I also faced an unexpected double charge upon check-in that is still pending a refund. Construction work outside added some noise and inconvenience.
